【国际月间】上田地区防灾イベント"避难所开设训练"

国际月间イベントの「上田地区防灾イベント"避难所开设训练"」を実施した理工学部の和田さんから开催报告が届きました。

11月２日(水)に外国人指定避难场所である上田公民馆で、上田地区防灾イベントとして「避难所开设训练」を行いました。岩手大学の留学生と上田地区の地域の方合わせて９名が参加してくださり、実际の避难时に使用するテントや简易ベットの组み立てや、避难时の受付を実施しました。また、训练の后に「上田公民馆の避难所开设における课题について」というテーマでワークショップを行い、イベント参加者で上田公民馆の课题について考えました。このイベントを実施したことでたくさんの课题があることが分かりました。

On November 2nd (Wednesday), we held an "Evacuation Center Opening Drill" as a Ueda district disaster prevention event at Ueda Community Center, a designated evacuation site for foreigners. A total of nine people, including international students from 猫咪视频 and people from the Ueda area, participated in the event. In addition, after the training, a workshop was held on the theme of "Issues in opening an evacuation center at the Ueda Community Center", and the event participants thought about the issues at the Ueda Community Center. I found out that there are a lot of challenges in carrying out this event.
