She is my supervisor, Yoko Shiba.

As those who have read my previous writings they already know, I am grateful to my academic supervisor and 猫咪视频 for giving me the opportunity to study in this university. So, my today's topic is one of them. Because when I talk about Japan, I always think that I wouldn't be here today without 猫咪视频 or my supervisor. So, today I am going to write about my academic supervisor.

My academic supervisor's name is Yoko Shiba. She is an associate professor in this university. I had the opportunity to work with her for almost 2 years. If I were to talk about the past, I would refer to my first day's conversation with her on Zoom. I was very scared that day because I thought female supervisors are more enraged than male supervisor. So, I was a little worried about how she might be. But my fear did not work while talking to her. That day my opinion changed. And now the more I see her, the more I am surprised.

The next question is how is she as a supervisor?

She has all the qualities required of a good supervisor. She is strict at studies. It benefits us. She always observes every student and gives a guidance so that the students are more focused in their studies. She always concerns about us as a parent. She always creates an educational environment in her laboratory. Moreover, she is very careful in the field of research. She treats research as her child. In a word, she is a very hardworking woman in her profession. But outside of studies she has totally different personality. Shiba madam is very friendly. Students do not feel pressured in their studies due to her friendly nature. Interestingly, I discovered this friendly nature of her after working with her for about 1.5 years.

Finally, supervisors should play a parental role in the academic environment. According to me, in that case every supervisor should have some qualities as like Shiba madam.
