（新しいお知らせのポイント）
１．日本に、紧急事态宣言が出ました。宣言が出された地域には、行かないでください。
※紧急事态宣言指定地域：东京、神奈川、埼玉、千叶、大阪、兵库、福冈
紧急事态宣言は５月６日まで続きます。
もし、上记の地域に行った场合は、盛冈に戻ったら１４日间大学に来れません。１４日间の健康観察をして、なるべく外出しないでください。
２．东京、神奈川、埼玉、千叶、大阪、兵库、福冈以外の他県に行った场合
大学には来れますが、盛冈に戻ったら１４日间の健康観察をしてください。なるべく外出しないでください。
また、人が多いところに行かないでください。手洗い?うがいをしましょう。咳をする时は、咳エチケットに気を付けましょう。

参考：４月３日のお知らせ
１．授业开始は、4月20日（月）からとなりました。
盛冈に来てから１４日间の健康観察（体调、体温の记録）し、なるべく外出しないようにしましょう。紧急の用事以外は14日経ってから国际课に来ましょう。
※国际课で体温计が贷し出しできるので连络ください。
２．サークル、部活や饮み会などは、５月１０日までできません。
３．日本も、コロナウィルスにかかっている人がふえています。旅行は今はやめましょう。
４．イベントには、参加しないでください。
５．海外から帰ってきた人は、まず家にいてください。２週间たってから、大学に来てください。
６．日本语授业履修オリエンテーション
岩手大学国际交流のウェブページと驰辞耻罢耻产别にアップします。（4月10日以降）
日本语授业の履修の仕方を説明しますので、日本语授业を履修したい方は必ず见てください。
ホームページで、自分にあてはまるところをよく読んでください。

Today, we would like to inform you some updated information regarding the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).

?Domestic Travels
Points of new announcement on April 7
1. Since a State of Emergency (until May 6th) has been declared on April 7th, the following 7 prefectures have been designated as Emergency Designated Areas.
※ Emergency Designated Areas：Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Osaka, Hyogo, Fukuoka
Visiting to the Emergency Designated Areas are not allowed as a rule.
In case you are back from the Emergency Designated Areas, make sure to monitor your health and refrain from any nonessential and non-urgent outings for 14 days.
2. When you are back from other than the Emergency Designated Areas, make sure to record your health condition and outings for 14 days.
During health monitoring period, it is possible for you to come to the university, but please refrain from any nonessential and non-urgent outings. Please take sufficient care to reduce the risk of infection with avoiding 3 conditions (Three Cs)*, washing hands and gargling thoroughly, carrying out proper cough etiquette.
*Avoiding Three Cs
1. Closed Spaces with poor ventilation,
2. Crowded places with many people nearby
3. Close-contact settings such as close-range conversation.
FYI (Points of new announcement on April 3)
1. Classes began on April 20th (Monday).
After coming to Morioka, please carry out health observations (recording of physical condition and temperature) for 14 days, and refrain from nonessential and non-urgent outings.
*Please contact us if you want to borrow a thermometer.
2. Circles, club activities and drinking parties are not allowed until May 10.
3. In Japan, more people are suffering from coronavirus. Let's stop traveling now.
4. Avoid attending events.
5. If you have returned from overseas, please stay at home first. Please come to college after two weeks.
